The LapChair was inspired by my friend Jon, who was always looking for a place to to store and charge his laptop. To help connect the chair to modern times it features a retractable power cord. The power cord connects to a storage shelf that is accessible from the front of the chair, allowing quick and convenient access power for electronics.
